Johnny Reinsch
CEO
A fintech and web3 operator and former M&A lawyer. He founded and ran Qwil, a leading fintech early payment platform through growth stage and acquisition (Acq. by LSQ). He previously led Xapo’s institutional product (Acq. by COIN). While doing M&A initially at Kirkland and later Goodwin his dealbook was north of $20B.
Prakash Sinha
HEAD OF ENGINEERING
A technology leader with two decades of experience building technology teams and products. In his most recent role as a CTO at Carver Edison - a leading fintech company, he built the flagship B2B2C SaaS products serving both consumers and enterprises. He began his career at AOL where he worked for nearly a decade.
